Branddox collects personal data in exactly one place on this site: the project enquiry form. This page explains what happens to it.
What we collect
When you submit the project enquiry form we store the details you type: your name, email address, optional company name, the project type and budget you select, and your project description.
What we collect automatically
Alongside your enquiry we record the page you submitted from, the referring site, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, and your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address is not stored — only a salted, one-way hash of it, which lets us stop repeated automated submissions without identifying you.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about the project you described. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf, and our email provider delivers the confirmation message to you and the alert to us. They act as processors and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of what was discussed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Reply to any email from us, or send a new enquiry, to ask for a copy of what we hold or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to keep a record.
Analytics
We measure aggregate traffic — page views, referrers and broad performance figures — to understand which pages are useful. These measurements are not tied to your identity and we do not use advertising cookies.
Questions about any of the above? Send them through the enquiry form and they will reach a person, not a queue.
